Survey for Wheelchair users

Ladies and gentleman

We are currently writing our final thesis. We decided to focus on the topic "Autnonomy in the wheelchair". To get more information we have decided to create a survey for wheelchair useres. We are both very interested in the autonomy people in wheelchairs. Cause we both work in the SPZ or the LUKS, we often come in contact with wheelchair users.
