Ob Du rollst oder gehst – das Leben ist, was Du aus deinen Möglichkeiten machst.

Du bestimmst, was Du willst. Kämpfe dafür.

Tu jeden Tag etwas, das dir Angst macht.

Feiere jeden Erfolg. Egal wie klein er erscheinen mag.

Ärgere dich nicht über Mitleid, verwandle den Ärger in Ansporn.

Denn Aufstehen geschieht im Kopf.

Jedem reisst es mal den Boden unter den Füssen weg. Schäm dich nicht dafür.

Trauer, Freude, Hoffnung fühlen alle gleich.

Deine Geschichte ist wertvoll. Sie hilft anderen Betroffenen.

Lerne von anderen und lass andere von Dir lernen.

Achte unterschiedliche Meinungen und Sichtweisen. Sie machen diese Community um jede Stimme reicher.

Dein Hirn kann sich immer nur auf einen Gedanken konzentrieren – wähle einen positiven.

Denn Aufstehen geschieht im Kopf.
