The barrier-free Alpine balloon flight from Château-d'Œx or Rougemont is available at weekends all year round. An experienced pilot accompanies you, gives you exciting insights into ballooning and ensures that you can enjoy the impressive view to the full.
Important information about barrier-free ballooning:
- The flight team is trained in dealing with wheelchair users and is happy to cater to individual needs.
- Passengers in wheelchairs benefit from baskets with a side door for easy access and a height-adjustable bucket seat with a safety belt for optimum comfort.
- Your personal wheelchair will be transported to the landing site by the crew.

P.S. The annual international balloon festival will take place in Château-d'Œx from 26 January to 2 February 2025. Hundreds of colourful balloons will take part in the daily demonstrations. Admission is free from Monday to Friday and CHF 10 on Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free for children under the age of 16.
