From now until the end of July, you may enroll yourself in free one-hour classes to work out or practice yoga with experienced trainers in wheelchair via Zoom. No experience is needed. Most exercises can be done without special equipment as tools improvised from your household items such as a broom or two tins of beans would be enough.
