We are looking back at a successful year and would like to thank you!
Since its launch in June, the Community has been growing constantly: After only six months, its number of users is already significantly higher than of its predecessor Paraforum. In the meantime we have recorded over 1,000 visits every week – and we are looking forward to every new user! In the forum you can find exciting discussions and the newly designed blog is very popular.
It is wonderful to see that the Community is so popular. We receive so much support from you! Therefore we would like to THANK YOU. Your experiences and stories are what brings the Community to life. We are hoping to be able to count on you also in the new year. It is great to have you on board!

For the end of the year, we have come up with a little contest: Find 5 objects on our Christmas photo that may be important for a wheelchair user. Send your response as personal message to me (Julia). Simply log in, go to the envelope symbol on the top right and then click “New Message”. All correct submissions enter into a draw for winning 5 x 2 movie tickets for the movie “Patients” (“Lieber Leben” in German). Submission deadline is December 31, 2017.
About the movie: The French tragicomedy “Patients” is based on the story of the French rapper Grand Corps Malade who sustained a spinal cord injury in 1997 after a jump into the public pool. Watch the trailer here (available in French and German).
